Begin of teachings: Sat. April 19, 2014,
10:00am.
Please be there at 9:45.
Location (same as in 2011-2013):
Heimatsaal, Paulustorgasse 13A.
End: April 25, 2014, 4:00pm.
We will begin decorating the room Friday April 18 and make last minute preparations Saturday morning 7:30-9:30am. Your help is very much appreciated. Details will be mailed to all registered participants. Likewise, if you can stay late (until ca 6pm) on April 25 and help dismantle the decorations, it would be very much appreciated.
Directions to Heimatsaal, Paulustorgasse 13A: This is in the (UNESCO world heritage) historic center of Graz, a few minutes walk from Hauptplatz (main square, streetcars 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7). From Hauptplatz, walk Sporgasse (pedestrian zone) uphill; Paulustorgasse is the continuation of Sporgasse. Or, from the train station, take bus 63 to Geidorfplatz, then turn right, walk through the park (following directions to Garage Pfauengarten), pass through Paulustor in the ancient town wall, and you're practically there. At Paulustorgasse 13A, walk up the ramp towards "Volkskunde Museum". Walk past the museum ticket office on your right and find the glass door that leads to a staircase. Heimatsaal is upstairs. (Search for "Graz, Paulustorgasse 13A" on google maps).
Getting to Graz:
There is a direct train from Vienna to Graz every hour,
departing 3 minutes after the full hour
from Wien Meidling station (first 6:03am, last 9:03pm). Duration of trip
to Graz is 2h30min.
Look up train schedules.

Graz also has an airport, Graz Thalerhof, (GRZ) that is served by Austrian, Lufthansa, Niki, and - not recommended - Ryan Air.
Cost is the same as in 2011-2013, Euro 280. However, nobody will be turned away for not being able to pay. If this is your case, write to ask about reduction/exemption: contact@yeshesalling.org (Note: due to a personal retreat, mail arriving in January or February 2014 will be answered in March.) From the participants' course fees, the cost of the retreat (plane tickets of Lama and interpreter, rent of room, food and accommodation for Lama and interpreter, interpreter's fee, etc., etc.) will be paid. In the unlikely case that anything remains after deduction of cost, it goes to the Lama of course. Also, a donation to the Lama (the usual enveloppe) can be made at the end of the teachings.
To register send mail to contact@yeshesalling.org. Due to a personal retreat, mail arriving in January or February 2014 will be answered in March.
